Sage Built earned Double Gold for “Brookside,” a luxury masterpiece in The Summit — a Windjam Community. Brookside received Gold Awards from both the HBA of Raleigh/Wake County and the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange & Chatham Counties—a rare, elite accomplishment in the $3M+ category.
Sage Built enters Downtown Cary with strong early traction

Windjam Companies congratulates Jennifer Scott, Windjam’s in-house counsel, on her inclusion in NC Legal Elite 2026. This marks the 25th anniversary of the Legal Elite—an esteemed peer-selected recognition honoring legal professionals chosen by their peers and notable for offering every active lawyer the opportunity to vote. Jennifer was also selected to North Carolina Lawyers’ Weekly Real Estate Power List for 2025. Scale what’s working
