Chatham County Land sales started 2019 with a bang. Maryland based, The Halle Companies, paid $4.4 million for a little more than 200 acres of land close to Chatham Park. Windjam Development is developing a 400-acre tract called Turkey Creek, just a few miles from this hub of commercial real estate activity.
